Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Austin, Texas. Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is calculated at checkout; orders over $75 ship free. High-value items ($200+) ship with signature confirmation and full insurance.
Packaging
Every order ships in collector-grade packaging: sleeves, top loaders, rigid mailers, padded boxes for slabs, and bagged-and-boarded comics between rigid boards.
Returns
Unopened accessories and supplies: 30-day returns, buyer pays return shipping. Sealed product, mystery boxes, singles, slabs, and comics: final sale unless the item arrives damaged. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
